Meet Linda Gleason

Linda Gleason, Founder of Gleason Group, designs and manages client projects using customized teams of professionals specifically chosen to meet the unique needs of each client. She leverages a 25 year career history with a concentration in marketing, public relations, sales, operations and capacity building.

Gleason spent nearly 10 years in the advertising industry as a Media Buyer, Production Manager, Account Executive and finally Chief Operating Officer overseeing a $5 million budget and 13 full time staff including outsourced professionals. Another 10 years were spent as the CEO of her State Farm Insurance Agency that ultimately insured nearly 2,500 families.

Gleason’s passion for inner city work and building organizations that create opportunities for the poor was first realized while on staff at One by One Leadership in Fresno, CA. There, Gleason designed and managed the organization’s branding, communications and fund development. One by One Leadership is a member organization of the Leadership Foundation of America offering Gleason both a local and national perspective on the best community-building work throughout the nation’s inner cities.

Gleason’s hand-picked network of communicators shares her belief in both the power of message and the power of relationship. They understand that brand marketing happens internally and externally. They know that a good message is relevant and compelling and they understand that strong relationships grow quality companies and organizations.
